Recommended usage

1. Shake well before use
2. Apply evenly to all exposed areas 20 minutes before sun exposure
   • Apply at least 1 teaspoon to each arm
   • 1 teaspoon each for the front, back, and head
3. Re-applying suggestions
   • Reapply every 2 hours
   • Reapply immediately after sweating, swimming, exercising, or toweling
4. Wear with a hat, protective clothing, and sunglasses for optimal protection
