Our cross-border logistics service primarily involves air freight from New Zealand to Taiwan . Our company handles all taxes and customs clearance for Taiwan, eliminating the need for customers to handle individual import declarations ( EZ WAY ) or pay taxes. Every logistics step is traceable, providing a fully transparent shopping experience.

Convenience store pickup : 7-11, FamilyMart / Home delivery : Standard mail (select standard delivery service)
All orders must be checked out and paid for on the website. Cash on delivery is not available for cross-border purchases. Customers can track the progress of their orders at any time using the order tracking function on the website, providing transparent and visible tracking throughout the entire logistics process.
Other Shipping Countries: In addition to Taiwan, we also offer shipping to the following countries:
Hong Kong/Macau/Malaysia/Singapore/United States/Canada/Japan/South Korea
For other countries, we will arrange the appropriate logistics or courier service based on your location. All shipments include a tracking number and shipping insurance . Any taxes and duties incurred upon arrival are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover local customs fees or import taxes, except for duty-free routes.

The ordering process is completed by selecting products on the website, placing an order and completing the payment procedures.
After the order is confirmed, we will purchase and prepare the goods on working days, which takes about 2-3 working days.
After the goods are inspected and packed, they will be handed over to New Zealand International Airlines for shipment, and will be shipped every Wednesday (subject to adjustments due to holidays or weather conditions).

After the goods arrive in Taiwan, they will undergo customs clearance. If there is random inspection, there may be delays. After completion, they will be sent to the distribution center.
Our company is responsible for all tax and customs clearance matters in Taiwan, so customers do not need to handle individual import declarations EZ WAY .
The distribution center organizes the goods and verifies the product status. The goods are delivered according to the customer's request, such as home delivery or convenience store pickup.
